Who we are

Red Landing is operated by You First Agency, LLC, which is responsible for your personal data under this policy ("we", "us").

What we collect

Account: username; for Google/Apple/email sign-in, an account identifier and email from the provider. Guests have only a random username.
Gameplay: games you play (moves, scores, timing), karma and ratings, match history, friends.
Chat: the last 100 messages per game; reports you file or that concern you (for moderation).
Notifications: push subscription endpoints and your notification preferences.
Ads: outside games only. If you allow personalized ads, our ad partner may use cookies; otherwise non-personalized ads are shown.
Operations: server logs (IP addresses, errors) kept for security and debugging.
Fair play: the IP addresses your account signs in from, kept 90 days, to spot one person playing or voting as several accounts. Votes from accounts that share an address count once.
Feature board: suggestions you post, your votes, and reports you file.

Your choices

Change notification and ad preferences at any time.
Delete your account from your profile: personal data (including stored addresses) is removed; finished games remain in other players' history, anonymized.

Payments

Membership and avatar purchases are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we receive only the result (for example, that your membership is active) and a customer reference.
