Terms of use

Who we are
Red Landing is operated by You First Agency, LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and You First Agency, LLC. By playing Red Landing you accept them.
Playing fair
- One person, one account. Accounts that share an address may be reviewed, and their votes count once.
- No abuse, spam or cheating. Reports from other players can mute you automatically for a while; our moderators can also mute, limit or close accounts.
Membership and purchases
- The Frontier Pass renews monthly until you cancel; it stays active until the end of the paid month. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of You First Agency, LLC.
- Avatars you buy are yours to use for as long as your account exists. Free membership given by us (for example a free month) ends on the date shown and does not renew.
Maps you create
- Saving is free; playing is a membership perk. Anyone can design and save maps (free accounts keep 3). Opening games on your own maps needs an active membership, unless the map is featured or we have turned on free maps for everyone.
- Maps you create become ours. By saving or sharing a map in Red Landing, you assign to us all rights in that map, including its layout and name. We may publish it, include it in the game as a standard or featured map, change it, and offer it to other players, for free or for a fee.
- Rewards are at our discretion. We may choose to pay creators a share of what a map earns, or reward them in other ways, but we are not obliged to.
- No one owns a layout. Creating a map gives no exclusive rights, to members or anyone else. Other players may create the same or a similar map, and identical layouts are treated as the same map.
- Community voting. Players can vote on shared maps. Votes help us choose which maps to feature, but the decision is ours.
